About the Role Assistant Store Manager*in in Hamburg Mönckebergstraße, working closely with the Store Leadership to drive operations, customer experience and team leadership with a focus on collaboration, development and a positive store culture. What You'll Do
- Responsible for the smooth day-to-day store operations: coaching, sales analytics, visual merchandising and administration
- Take overall responsibility for store and team in the absence of the Store Manager*in
- Ensure health, safety and protection in the store
- Lead and achieve store KPIs (e.g., revenue, conversion rate, UPT) in line with the P&L budget
- Promote product knowledge and excellent customer service through coaching and leading by example
- Monitor all merchandise processes: deliveries, stock management, inventories and loss prevention
- Collaborate closely with Store Leadership, Area Manager*in and Head Office to implement commercial decisions for the store What We're Looking For
- Enthusiasm for our brand and products
- Several years of experience as Assistant Store Manager or in a comparable leadership role, ideally in fashion or lifestyle retail
- Strong coaching skills and ability to develop and motivate staff
- Sales-oriented mindset with a clear focus on achieving targets
- Resilience, solution-oriented and hands-on mentality
- Very good English skills (written and spoken); additional languages a plus
- Good IT skills (MS Office, POS and merchandise management systems) Nice to Have

- Salary from €39,400 per year, depending on relevant experience
