The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail operations, sales, team management, inventory control, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning.

• Drive store sales and revenue in line with business targets.

• Monitor sales performance, conversion, average transaction value, and other store KPIs.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales and support team.

• Allocate targets and monitor individual and team performance.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and customer experience.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.

• Monitor inventory, stock availability, stock movement, and replenishment.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, merchandising, and other internal teams.

• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.

• Maintain store hygiene, discipline, safety, and operational standards.

• Monitor billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and store documentation.

• Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory audits.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail processes.

• Analyse sales and inventory reports and take corrective actions wherever required.

• Support promotional activities, new product launches, and store events.

• Prepare and share regular MIS and performance reports with management.
