We are looking for a new Assistant Store Manager W/M for our new Salomon store in Hamburg!

As Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager in building and leading a high-performing team and ensure that:

• Targets are achieved
• Brand standards are upheld
• Operational excellence is maintained You deliver the best possible customer experience and help convey the brand vision by supporting Sales Associates in their personal and professional development. You also act as a training ambassador for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Leadership: Motivate and inspire the team in line with the store vision and brand values, and manage people, operations and the store environment to achieve targets.

• Customer service: Act as a role model, convey the importance of customer service, deliver training, and be present on the shop floor, interacting with customers and the team.

• Operations: Communicate company policies and ensure compliance, support the Store Manager in meeting or exceeding budget targets, and monitor the loss prevention program.

• Training: Support the onboarding of new employees and training on products and sales tools, and ensure team development through training and coaching to achieve sales targets and brand standards.

• Marketing / Events: Develop and run store events together with the Store Manager and community marketing experts, and support marketing analyses and event reviews.

Als Assistant Store Manager unterstützen Sie den Store Manager beim Aufbau und der Leitung eines leistungsstarken Teams und stellen sicher, dass:

• Ziele erreicht werden

• Markenstandards eingehalten werden

• Operative Exzellenz gewährleistet ist

• Sie bieten das höchstmögliche Kundenerlebnis und helfen, die Markenvision zu vermitteln, indem Sie Sales Associates bei ihrer persönlichen und beruflichen Entwicklung unterstützen.

• Sie agieren zudem als Trainingsbotschafter für das Team.

Hauptaufgaben:

• Leadership: Das Team entsprechend der Store-Vision und Markenwerte motivieren und inspirieren sowie Personen, Operations und Store-Umfeld zur Zielerreichung managen.
• Kundenservice: Als Vorbild die Bedeutung von Kundenservice vermitteln, Schulungen durchführen und auf der Verkaufsfläche präsent sein, mit Kunden und Team interagieren.
• Operations: Unternehmensrichtlinien kommunizieren und deren Einhaltung sicherstellen, den Store Manager bei der Erreichung oder Übererfüllung der Budgetziele unterstützen und das Verlustpräventionsprogramm überwachen.
• Training: Das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter sowie Schulungen zu Produkten und Verkaufstools unterstützen und die Mitarbeiterentwicklung durch Training und Coaching sicherstellen, um Verkaufsziele und Markenstandards zu erreichen.
• Marketing / Events: Store-Events gemeinsam mit dem Store Manager und Community-Marketing-Experten entwickeln und durchführen sowie bei Marketinganalysen und Event-Rückblicken unterstützen.

Qualifications

• Your profile:

• At least 2 years of experience in retail management

• Analytical skills and problem-solving ability

• Excellent organizational, planning and multitasking skills

• Customer-focused with experience in delivering excellent customer service

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office

• Proactive, results-driven and motivated in a customer-focused environment

• Ihr Profil:

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Retail-Management

• Analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz

• Hervorragende Organisations-, Planungs- und Multitasking-Fähigkeiten

• Kundenorientiert und erfahren in exzellentem Kundenservice

• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift

• Fließend Englisch und MS Office Kenntnisse
