Pay Range $18.6-$23.3 hourly
Overall Job Summary The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for proficiency in all areas of a specialty retail farm and ranch store and supports the Store Manager in delivering financial results, Legendary Customer Experience, Team Member development, and daily store execution. The role provides leadership across sales, service, opening and closing routines, front-end execution, compliance, and operational activities as assigned by the Store Manager. In the updated store operating model, Assistant Store Manager responsibilities align to store-volume leadership structure and may transition into Store Operations Manager ownership in designated stores.
