About the Role Under Armour Springfield is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team. The role supports store leadership and helps drive sales, customer service, and brand standards for a dynamic sporting goods brand distributed in South Africa by Apollo Brands Pty Ltd.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and sales execution.
- Lead and develop the store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance goals.
- Uphold Under Armour brand values and standards in all store interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 1 – 2 years management experience
- 3 – 4 years retail experience
- Sports knowledge advantageous
