About the Role
Assistant Store Manager at Dr. Martens Serravalle Scrivia to work with the Store Manager to lead the store team, provide managerial support and leadership, and drive the growth and success of the Dr. Martens business. This role also focuses on creating a positive and well-being centered work environment, with the team at the heart of actions. What You'll Do

Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, including people management, visual merchandising (VM), stock/inventory/shipping, administration, banking operations, and housekeeping.

Sell Dr. Martens products by delivering excellent customer service and improving team sales performance to meet and exceed KPIs.

Train, develop and lead the team to empower achievement of performance targets (sales revenue, inventory, mystery shopping).

Maintain a positive, safe and healthy work environment (including health and safety procedures).

Take full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence. What We're Looking For

Previous experience as Assistant Store Manager in a fashion context.

Be an ambassador of our brand values and inspire others to live them.

Enthusiasm for Dr. Martens footwear, with the ability to energize customers.

Strong listening, relational and analytical skills.

Proven people management experience.

Professional yet authentic and fearless.

Good command of English, to be tested at interview.
