About the Role Scalpers busca un Assistant Store Manager para su punto de venta en Barcelona. El objetivo principal es representar los valores e imagen de la marca y crear una experiencia para nuestra clientela, llevando a cabo los objetivos de la tienda y manteniendo el orden y la reposición del producto. Se ofrece jornada de 40 horas semanales y contrato indefinido.
What You'll Do
- Represent the brand values and image and create a compelling customer experience.
- Drive store performance, meet sales objectives and KPIs, and ensure order and product replenishment.
- Perform operations tasks, including inventory management (RFID system), receipt of delivery notes, and store replenishment.
- Maintain the store image according to Visual Merchandising standards and keep the store tidy and organized.
- Work as part of a team, fostering a positive, enthusiastic, proactive and flexible environment.
