About the Role The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) works closely with the Store Manager to drive in-store sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences while living Pandora's brand culture. The ASM coaches the sales team, maintains brand standards, and supports daily operations to propel store success. What You'll Do
- Immerse yourself in Pandora brand culture and deliver unforgettable customer experiences on the sales floor.
- Support the Store Manager to drive sales and meet/exceed KPIs while coaching and motivating the team.
- Provide real-time feedback, foster accountability, and build brand loyalty by connecting with fans beyond transactions.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of seasonal and core staff to strengthen the team.
- Uphold merchandising and store operations standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand in-store experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
- Results-oriented leadership with ability to connect with customers and team at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service mindset.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking; ability to deliver positive results.
- Excellent time management with ability to prioritize and delegate.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Nice to Have
- Recruiting/talent acquisition experience, including seasonal and core hiring.
- Previous leadership or coaching experience.
- Brand ambassador mindset and passion for Pandora. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $17.10 - $21.45 per hour, commensurate with experience.
