About the Role The North Face is opening a brand-new store at Pacific Fair and you’ll assist in leading the team and driving sales while sharing your knowledge of the great outdoors. As Assistant Store Manager, your main responsibilities will include working closely with your team across Sales, Visual Merchandising and Inventory Management, with a 37.5-hour week. You will also have the opportunity to grow and step up into the Store Manager role in the absence of the store manager. What You'll Do
- Support and develop a dynamic sales team to meet store targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience as part of the Pacific Fair opening.
- Collaborate across Sales, Visual Merchandising and Inventory Management to optimise product presentation and stock levels.
- Manage a 37.5-hour work week and be ready to step into the Store Manager role when needed. What We're Looking For

- Retail Certificate an advantage but not essential.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or 2-3 years in retail sales; computer literate.
