About the Role Join Michael Kors as an Assistant Store Manager at Westfield Centro, Oberhausen. In this role you will partner with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive store performance with an entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. What You'll Do
- Drive results and provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and store processes.
- Lead, inspire and develop the team; build trust and encourage ongoing learning.
- Demonstrate flexibility and foster a collaborative, supportive work environment.
- Nurture customer relationships through innovative thinking, building loyalty books, and delivering a memorable in-store experience.
- Increase Omni-Channel sales by leveraging all available tools and technology. What We're Looking For
- Proven sales and leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Results-oriented with motivation to exceed targets and drive KPIs.
- Problem-solving skills; proactive and flexible approach.
- Entrepreneurial, creative thinking.
- Strong interest in fashion and market trends.
- English language skills.
- Knowledge of the local language (German). Nice to Have
