About the Role Assist Store Manager in the management and daily operation of the store, including sales, customer service, operations and administration, with the ability to assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence. What You'll Do
- Help drive personal and store sales goals and lead by example; develop selling techniques and coach staff to maximize sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, build repeat clientele, and resolve client issues quickly.
- Support operations including risk management, cash controls, inventory management, register procedures, and inventories.
- Assist in merchandising/visual directives; ensure the selling floor is neat and reflects the correct visual image; process deliveries; communicate inventory needs.
- Support HR functions: recruitment, training, payroll integrity, performance evaluations, and staff development; maintain professional image.
- Report to: Store Manager; oversee Sales Supervisors and Stock Supervisors as direct reports. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with 1-2 years specialty management.
- Passion for fashion and ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of merchandise and ability to develop product knowledge among staff.
- Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills. Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: Local Minimum Wage up to 32.00 USD per hour.
