About the Role As Assistant Store Manager for Madrid Fuencarral, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and deliver the best possible shopping experience for our customers, supporting the growth of Dr. Martens. What You'll Do
- Assume daily store operations plus coaching, numbers analysis, visual merchandising and administrative tasks.
- Take full responsibility for the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Own health and safety within the store.
- Lead and implement high standards of selling, boosting product knowledge to achieve KPIs.
- Ensure proper stock management procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with the management team to make commercial decisions aligned with the business plan.

- Experience, preferably in a Premium brand.
- Ability to lead and develop teams.
- Sales-oriented with ability to guide the team to meet objectives.
