Job title: Assistant Store Manager
About the Role Join LEGO System A/S as an Assistant Store Manager in Solna, supporting the Store Manager to drive performance and create a positive, safe and fun store environment. You will help maintain merchandising standards, recruit and develop a productive team, and work to exceed sales and KPI targets.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver results by prioritizing time and effort, going beyond goals set by others, and raising store performance to the maximum.
- Cultivate a positive team environment that promotes a safe and fun atmosphere.
- Maintain merchandising standards to meet and exceed planned sales and Key Performance Indicators.
- Help recruit, coach and develop to ensure a productive and collaborative team.
- Understand the role's position within LEGO's Yellow Store context and support daily store operations.
What We're Looking For
- Retail leadership or management experience with a track record of team development and coaching.
- Ability to work with merchandising standards and KPI targets.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse, dynamic and inclusive workplace.
