About the Role Assistant Store Manager (Department Manager) at Burberry Roermond Outlet. Partner closely with the Store Manager to drive category performance and elevate every customer interaction, while leading and developing a team of sales associates to deliver a premium Burberry experience grounded in our values and behaviours. What You'll Do
- Support the Store Manager to deliver category performance and commercial targets.
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to create exceptional client experiences.
- Provide regular, real-time coaching to drive individual and team performance.
- Act as a role model for the Burberry Experience and behaviours on the shop floor.
- Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities and take action to enhance results.
- Ensure operational excellence and uphold brand standards across all touchpoints. What We're Looking For
