About the Role As Assistant Store Manager for Calvin Klein Villefontaine, you’ll help lead the store to success by supporting a team that delivers standout service and results every day. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in coaching talent, driving sales, and creating a positive, high-performing environment. When the Store Manager is away, you’ll confidently step in to guide the team and keep the store running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Lead consumer engagement by welcoming customers and supporting the team with real-time coaching; build product and promotion knowledge to highlight value and drive loyalty.
- Partner with the Store Manager to uphold service and brand standards; maintain a customer-first mindset and stay aware of market and in-store trends.
- Lead merchandising execution and use sales insights to guide floor decisions; ensure policies, inventory controls, and loss prevention practices are followed.
- Create schedules aligned with business needs and support expense and inventory oversight.
- Recruit and onboard talent; support succession planning and performance decisions.
- Motivate, coach, and recognize the team to drive results and growth; model professionalism, respect, and pride in the brand.
- Foster inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning; support company initiatives and promote a culture of improvement.
