About the Role Support the Store Director in inspiring, leading, and developing a diverse team to deliver outstanding results in sales, service, and operational excellence on the Burberry shop floor. Act as a day-to-day leader, coaching in real-time and driving continuous improvement while ensuring a first-class client experience and brand presentation. Deputise for the Store Director when required to maintain continuity of leadership and decision-making. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a diverse team, setting pace and standards for client experience and sales performance on the shop floor.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to build capability and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead onboarding and integration of new team members; support succession planning and career progression within the store.
