- Sicherstellen der optimalen Warenbewirtschaftung der Fläche und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der KPIs.
- Aus Kundensicht den Store erleben und mit dem Team eine ideale Shopping-Atmosphäre schaffen.
- Verantwortlich für 360° Personalthemen: Einstellung, kennzahlenbasierte Einsatzplanung, Ausbildung und Einarbeitung.
