About the Role As Assistant Store Manager (all genders) you are responsible for the optimal management of your area and, in the absence of Store Management, for the entire store. You are responsible for the personal and professional development of up to 20 employees. As part of the Store Management team you substantially contribute to the store's economic success and its continuous development. What You'll Do
- Ensure optimal merchandise management of the area and develop measures to improve KPIs.
- Demonstrate customer focus every day by viewing the store from the customer’s perspective and creating the ideal shopping atmosphere with your team.
- Manage 360° HR topics from hiring to KPI-based staffing, training and onboarding of new staff.

- Several years of retail experience and a strong customer orientation.
- Experience leading employees (development, feedback discussions, scheduling and vacation planning).
- Proactiveness, decisiveness and strong organizational skills.
- Solid analytical understanding and knowledge of relevant KPIs, including deriving actions.
- Completed commercial training or study in business/economics. Compensation & Benefits
