About the Role An Assistant Store Manager at Aldi US supports day-to-day store operations, helps drive store performance, and oversees scheduling and training to develop the team. This role partners with the store leadership to implement operational plans and ensure alignment with company strategy and core values. What You'll Do
- Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
- Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure mutual understanding and desired results
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team performance
- Understand and model the company strategy and core values to promote teamwork and a sense of belonging among employees
- Monitor the competitive environment and inform leadership of adjustments needed to maintain the company’s competitive position
- Provide product feedback to the direct leader, including recommendations regarding new items to carry What We're Looking For

- Starting Wage: $25.50 per hour
- Wage Increase: Year 2 to $26.50 per hour
