About the Role Join Aldi US as an Assistant Store Manager in Monroeville, PA, where you'll help supervise day-to-day store activities, support overall store performance, manage schedules, and develop operational action plans while identifying training opportunities to grow the team. What You'll Do
- Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
- Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure mutual understanding and desired results
- Identify training and development opportunities that will assist direct reports in achieving enhanced performance
- Understand the overarching company strategy, and communicate and model the core values of the organization to create teamwork and a sense of membership among employees
- Monitor the competitive environment within the community and inform the direct leader regarding adjustments necessary to maintain the company’s competitive position
