About the Role Havenly is seeking an Assistant Sourcing Manager based in New York to support the Furniture Sourcing Manager in overseeing the sourcing of upholstered furniture. You’ll help manage vendor relationships, coordinate RFPs, maintain BOMs and assist with cost analysis, collaborating with design, product development and operations to hit aesthetic, functional and margin targets. This role is ideal for someone with early-to-mid experience in sourcing or supply chain who is eager to grow into a leadership role. What You'll Do
- Support vendor management & sourcing: Assist in identifying and evaluating upholstery manufacturers and material suppliers across Asia, Europe and the United States. Maintain supplier databases, organize business reviews and support onboarding processes.
