Role Overview Reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, the Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure is responsible for developing and managing leisure business for Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites, with a focus on driving revenue and strengthening key market relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and travel agencies.

• Identify new leisure business opportunities and grow existing accounts.

• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and account reviews.

• Achieve assigned revenue and room-night targets.

• Support contracting, rate negotiations, promotions, and seasonal offers.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and account performance.

• Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, and Marketing to maximize business opportunities.

• Participate in trade shows, roadshows, sales missions, and networking events.

• Maintain accurate sales activities, account records, and regular performance updates.

• Represent the hotel professionally and promote its products and services across assigned markets.
