About the Role Join Western National Parks as a Full-Time Assistant Retail Store Manager for Sabino Canyon National Recreation Area in Tucson, Arizona. You will oversee day-to-day retail operations, deliver excellent guest service, and collaborate with USFS and WNP to support education, research, and public lands engagement. What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day retail store operations and provide exceptional visitor and customer service.
- Manage store inventory, facilities, and other assets; maintain clean, appealing merchandising.
- Train, lead, and retain staff; supervise volunteers and staff.
- Monitor and drive store initiatives to meet financial goals; analyze P&L and budgets.
- Conduct physical inventory cycles and year-end counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with USFS and WNP Home Office to develop educational retail products.
