About the Role
This contractor role supports wholesale operations by arranging the creation, processing, and tracking of wholesale orders to ensure timely and accurate issuance. You will monitor orders and delivery schedules, resolve issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve fulfillment performance and regional buying initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Arrange the creation, processing, and tracking of orders, ensuring their timely and accurate issuance.
- Closely monitor order records and delivery schedules, promptly identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine order processes and elevate fulfillment performance.
- Foster positive relationships with regional partners, ensuring timely and accurate communication of order changes and updates, as well as prompt supporting on operations.
- Participate in regional buying initiatives, contributing to the development of transparent and insightful buying materials, grounded in a deep understanding of regional strategies.
- Provide regular updates to the supervisor on order status, as well as identified risks and opportunities to optimize business and processes with alignment.
