About the Role The COM Dean’s Office of Student Affairs is seeking a full-time Assistant Registrar to support medical student registration and records and ensure strict regulatory compliance. This role works closely with the College of Medicine Registrar and other administrative staff to contribute to the seamless functioning of the college's academic operations. What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive support for the Performance and Academic Achievement Committee (PAAC), including preparing and distributing agendas and meeting materials, scheduling meetings, recording and maintaining meeting minutes, and communicating PAAC decisions to students
- Manage PAAC-related communications, including letters to students and email voting processes
- Monitor student alerts, formative feedback forms, and track exam, course, and USMLE failures; monitor student graduation date changes
- Plan and coordinate the annual Honors Day (graduation) ceremony with the Honors Day Committee and the Dean’s Office (regalia, awards, program, speaker notes, music, AV needs, venue, vendor payments, etc.)
- Support Registrar’s Office responsibilities for students on individualized or non-traditional academic timelines (off-cycle students), including tracking academic progress and coordinating registration, scheduling, and compliance with relevant offices
- Assist with additional Registrar’s Office operations as needed What We're Looking For

- Experience with or exposure to medical student registration and records and strict compliance with regulatory requirements
