Job title: Assistant Registrar, Global Campus
About the Role The Assistant Registrar for Global Campus carries out a wide range of functions within the Office of Academic Records. Creation, knowledge and adherence to policies and processes supporting faculty and staff in the function to advise students in degree completion is a key responsibility as it relates to off-campus operations. In addition, responsibilities include leadership and supervision for the office in the global campus services and international credentials area. The Assistant Registrar is expected to work with relevant personnel to ensure coordination occurs in all Academic Records functions as it relates to policy, process, communication and training.
What You'll Do
- Create, maintain and enforce academic records policies and processes for off-campus operations.
- Advise students on degree completion in coordination with faculty and staff.
- Provide leadership and supervision for the Global Campus services and international credentials functions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align policy, process, communication and training across Academic Records.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- Experience in admissions, academic records, or international credentials.
- Strong technology skills; experience with Ellucian Banner and Griggs University system highly valued.
- Ability to interpret academic policy and write procedures.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to build cooperative relationships.
- Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) and prior leadership experience in academic records or international credentials.
- Familiarity with online/off-campus program operations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary commensurate with experience. Full-time (75-100%).
