Assistant Property Manager HUD/Tax Credit
We are hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support operations at a HUD/Tax Credit property, with a focus on leasing support, compliance paperwork, and resident services.
Responsibilities
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
- Maintain tenant files and compliance documentation
- Support HUD and tax credit certification processing
- Respond to resident inquiries and service requests
- Help monitor rent collections and delinquency reports
- Support the Property Manager with daily administrative duties
Requirements

2+ years of property management or affordable housing experience

Knowledge of HUD and LIHTC programs

Strong organizational and customer service skills

Experience handling resident files and recertifications preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
