Job title: Assistant Property Manager
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to lead a small regional team in the Destin/Santa Rosa Beach, FL area. You will oversee a Property Manager and Property Inspectors, with clear daily goals and assignments, and will be rewarded for your team's performance while traveling within your territory.
What You'll Do
- Manage team members' schedules and performance
- Manage vendor schedules and relationships
- Maintain high cleaning and maintenance standards across properties
- Handle escalated issues with guests
- Create plans to keep properties in excellent shape
- Perform property inspections as needed
- Travel to properties to complete required tasks
- Be on-call after hours as required
- Work toward goals such as maintaining an average review score of 4.65 or higher
- Retain property owners by maintaining property standards
- Manage your territory in accordance with budgeted requirements
- Utilize company systems to plan, coordinate, and task manage

What We're Looking For
- Experienced manager to lead a small regional team (Property Manager+ Inspectors)
- Ability to manage schedules and vendor relationships
- Ability to maintain property standards and perform inspections
- Experience handling guest escalations
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory (Destin/Santa Rosa Beach area)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable with after-hours on-call work; weekend/holiday availability as needed
- Ability to operate within budgeted requirements and KPIs
- Full-time, year-round availability
Nice to Have
- Experience in vacation rental/property management
- Familiarity with performance/culture assessment tools as part of the application
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $21-$24 per hour
- Location: Santa Rosa Beach, FL
- Company vehicles provided for work, with mileage paid if a company vehicle is not available
