We're looking for an organised and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll provide administrative, financial and operational support across a diverse property portfolio while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the team.
- Build strong relationships with customers, clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with documentation, record management and reporting activities.
- Support financial processes including invoicing, budget monitoring and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, communications and stakeholder enquiries.
- Assist with tracking tasks, projects and operational activities.
- Support the preparation of reports, forecasts and business updates.
- Contribute to the efficient running of the wider team and broader business functions.
About you:

Experience in administration, coordination, customer service, property, facilities, finance support or a similar role.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Comfortable working with systems, reporting and financial information.

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
