Job title: Assistant Project Manager
About the Role The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in planning and executing client projects. This role handles day-to-day tasks such as coordinating with vendors, monitoring budget spending, and collaborating with other departments to secure resources. It also assists with U.S. Army policy requirements to maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO).
What You'll Do
- Liaise with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects
- Help coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
- Analyze data as required
- Conduct administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates
- Track and report project progress
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
- Play an active role in helping the organization set up and execute preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, or other maintenance programs
What We're Looking For
- Education: An Associate's degree in a business-based program is preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent is required. 3+ years’ experience in project management or administrative assistance
- Proficiency in any management software
- Strong written and oral communication, outstanding multitasking, ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision, problem-solving, and detail orientation
- Excellent listening skills; good technical and IT skills
- Experience with current security regulations and policies; US DoD CAC, Georgia Power Plant McIntosh Access Card
- OSHA 10-hour certification within first 90 days
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Willingness to be on call for emergencies and travel 0-10%
- Safety: Complete required training as per EM 385-1-1 or OSHA; participate in government-provided training such as CPR, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, AED, Confined Space Training, LOTO, Fall Prevention, Chain Saw Safety, HazMat, Boat Operator, and other related trainings.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year USD
