About the Role We are seeking a motivated Project Management Officer Apprentice to join our Global Human & Consumer Insight (HCI) department, focusing on global sensory performance and product evaluation. This role involves overseeing strategic and innovative projects and collaborating with an international network of 70+ professionals in the scent market.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage all strategic and innovation projects related to global sensory performance
- Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Support the development and execution of project plans and timelines
- Analyze project performance and provide constructive suggestions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders
- Participate in the promotion of the projects’ advancement and success by building relevant communication for internal sharing
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree student (Bac+4) from a business or engineering school
- Highly passionate about scent development and innovation, curious and ready to learn
- Experience in project management is preferred but not mandatory
- Highly organized and proactive, with efficient communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work autonomously
- High flexibility and agility
- Proficiency in English (written & oral) is mandatory; French is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
