Role Overview

• Job Title: Senior QA/QC Engineer (Civil / Construction)
• Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP).

• Lead quality audits, site inspections, and material testing procedures.

• Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings and project specifications.

• Review Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and material submittals.

• Raise and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and track corrective actions.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on quality compliance.

• Train junior QA/QC engineers and site teams on quality standards.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.

• Experience: 8–10 years of total experience in construction QA/QC.

• Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, NDT Level II, or similar quality credentials.

• Knowledge: Deep familiarity with IS, ASTM, BS, or ACI construction codes.

• Core Skills

• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis.

• Clear verbal and written communication.

• Excellent documentation and audit reporting.

• Proficient in reading blueprints and structural drawings.

• Projects: Hotels, Mixed used project, Commercial, retail
