About the Role
NFI North is seeking an Assistant Program Director to provide oversight for a five-bed Community Residential Treatment Program (CRP) that specializes in providing supported housing services to individuals transitioning from and/or awaiting admission to Glencliff Home. This on-site leadership role will help manage program operations within the Nashua, NH location as part of a broader continuum of care.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Program Director in the overall functioning and operation of the program, including administrative tasks (payroll, scheduling and training), staff supervision, group/individual counseling and crisis intervention.
- Maintain on-call responsibilities as a member of the management team.
- Be available some nights and weekends as needed to support program needs.
What We're Looking For
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in human services (or equivalent); and five years of supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary starts at $55,000 based on education and experience.
