About the Role Marquette University invites applications for one tenure-track position beginning Fall 2027 at the rank of Assistant Professor in Accounting. Applicants should hold a doctoral degree or be in the final stages of their dissertation; ABD may be considered. Salary and research support are competitive, including travel funds and guaranteed summer support for at least the first three years.
What You'll Do
- Teach financial accounting or accounting technology at the undergraduate and graduate (MSA) levels.
- Conduct high-quality research and engage in service activities.
- Contribute to the department and university through scholarly and teaching excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Earned doctorate or terminal degree.
- Demonstrated potential for teaching excellence and high-quality research.
- ABD may be considered.
- Scholars with expertise in archival or experimental methods are encouraged to apply.
