About the Role Marquette University invites applications for one tenure-track position beginning Fall 2027 at the rank of Assistant Professor of Accounting. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate (MSA) courses, conduct high-quality research, and participate in service to the university. Applicants should hold a doctoral degree or be in the final stages of their dissertation.
What You'll Do
- Teach either financial accounting or accounting technology at the undergraduate and graduate (MSA) levels.
- Conduct high-quality research and engage in service activities.
What We're Looking For
- Earned doctorate or a terminal degree.
- Demonstrated potential for teaching excellence and high quality research.
- ABD may be considered.
Nice to Have
- Scholars with expertise in archival or experimental methods are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant work experience and/or professional certifications are preferred but not required.
