About the Role
The College of Business and Economics at Anderson University invites applications for a professional-track, ten-month instructional position in Marketing at the rank of assistant professor. Preferred start date is Fall 2026. A doctorate in Marketing from a regionally accredited institution is strongly preferred, though ABD will be considered if the doctorate is earned by start of employment. The successful candidate will support the Marketing program, teaching courses such as Marketing Principles and Sales, with an emphasis on certifications, marketing research, and technology. Most classes are undergraduate and in-seat, with potential for graduate courses and for teaching at the Anderson main campus, the Greenville campus, and/or online. This is an on-site, in-person role.

What You'll Do
- Teach Marketing Principles, Sales, and other assigned courses for undergraduate students; potential graduate instruction may be possible.
- Deliver high-quality instruction using technology; contribute to the program's emphasis on certifications and marketing research.
- Participate in service, professional development, and program improvement; teach on-campus and possibly online at multiple campuses (Anderson main campus, Greenville campus).
- Support the university's mission and foster a learning environment aligned with the institution's Christian values.
What We're Looking For
- Doctorate in Marketing from a regionally accredited institution strongly preferred; ABD will be considered if earned by start date.
- Experience teaching at the undergraduate level is preferred but not required.
- Exceptionally well-qualified candidates with teaching and industry-related experience may be considered for appointment at an advanced rank (associate or full professor).
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Interest in certifications and marketing research and a capacity to integrate technology into marketing education.
