About the Role The Department of Psychology at the University of Cincinnati seeks an Assistant Professor-Educator to contribute to its undergraduate instructional mission. This is a non-tenure eligible appointment with an initial three-year term starting August 15, 2026, renewable upon satisfactory performance. All new faculty receive mentorship to support success, and the teaching load is seven 3-credit courses per academic year. What You'll Do
- Teach a variety of undergraduate psychology courses, including social psychology, and other courses aligned with the candidate’s area of expertise.
- Deliver courses primarily in person (with distance learning a smaller portion) and teach across formats (in-person, online, or hybrid).
- Contribute to the undergraduate curriculum and student success in BA and BS programs through mentorship and instructional innovation. What We're Looking For

- Experience or interest in instructional innovation and inclusive pedagogy.
