Tesson Roofing & Exteriors is a premier, top 1% nationwide roofing and exterior contractor based out of St. Louis, MO. We are seeking a Remote Assistant Product Manager to help oversee and optimize our internal tools, proprietary tech integrations (like drone and quote calculators), and customer-facing digital platforms.
The Role:
As a Remote Assistant Product Manager, you will work directly with leadership and our engineering partners to drive product features from conception to launch. You will analyze user workflows (internal staff and customers), manage product backlogs, and ensure our technology scales alongside our physical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and prioritize product requirements for digital tooling, including CRM enhancements and customer calculators.
- Collaborate with software development partners to manage feature backlogs and roadmap timelines.
- Turn user feedback and operational data into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct feature testing and quality assurance before deployments.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or a closely related role.
- Experience working with remote teams and agile software environments.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for streamlining operational workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience or strong interest in construction tech or field service automation is a plus.
