About the Role Develops solutions to a wide range of technical problems and guides successful completion of projects. Applies extensive expertise across related disciplines to move Corning's Solar business forward.
What You'll Do
- Meet discrete goals within established criteria (time, cost, quality) and allocate resources accordingly
- Provide feedback and coaching to others
- Develop and deliver training as required
- Maintain confidentiality of information/materials
- Develop technical solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity
- Contribute to completion of specific programs and projects
- Represent the organization in solving difficult technical issues for internal/external customers
What We're Looking For
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in related field; considerable job content knowledge
- Desired: 3-5 years of relevant work experience; successful track record in chosen field

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $100,646.00 - $138,388.00 annually
