About the Role
The Atlantic/Cape May Vicinage is seeking two Assistant Probation Division Managers to join the Vicinage 1 Probation Division management team. These roles support Adult Supervision, Juvenile Supervision, Community Service and Collections, Recovery Court, and/or Child Support Enforcement, reporting to the Probation Division Manager. What You'll Do

Administer, direct, coordinate, and evaluate activities across Adult Supervision, Juvenile Supervision, Community Service and Collections, Recovery Court, and/or Child Support Enforcement.

Provide leadership, supervision, personnel management, and administrative oversight consistent with the Probation Division Manager's direction.

Travel within the multi-county vicinage is required.

Collaborate with other divisions and stakeholders to support probation-related programs and reforms.

Manage staffing, performance, and program evaluation; oversee day-to-day operations as assigned.

May be reassigned to another location within the Atlantic & Cape May Vicinage based on operational need. What We're Looking For

Strong leadership, supervisory, personnel management, and administrative skills.

Experience in administration of probation-related functions such as Adult Supervision, Juvenile Supervision, Community Service and Collections, Recovery Court, and/or Child Support Enforcement.

Ability to administer, direct, coordinate, and evaluate activities; ability to travel within vicinage.

Flexibility to be reassigned to different locations based on operational need. Nice to Have

Willingness to participate in a hybrid work schedule (up to 2 remote days) with access to high-speed home internet and MFA authentication as required. Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $94,937.45 to $152,547.50. Starting salary normally at the minimum for new hires; for current Judiciary employees, a 5% base salary increase upon promotion, not to exceed max.
