Assistant Outlet Manager - Longbar
Job Description
- Supervises and assists the Outlet Manager with bar operations, such as inspecting and maintaining accurate service and consistency of products.
- Provides exceptional service to guests, promotes and maintains good employee relations between service kitchen and dining room, and leads in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members.
- Ensures all corporate, regional, and local hotel standards of operating policies and procedures are adhered to.
Qualifications
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in bar operations within a luxury hotel is preferred.
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership, strong guest service orientation, and the ability to inspire colleagues to deliver service excellence.
- Proficient in Opera, Microsoft Office applications, and hotel loyalty programs.
