About the Role Regent University’s College of Healthcare & Behavioral Sciences invites applications for a full-time Assistant or Associate Professor to teach online graduate nursing programs, including the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs, in the School of Nursing. The position emphasizes Christ-centered teaching, scholarly activity, and service within Regent’s identity and mission. What You'll Do
- Teach online graduate nursing courses, including MSN and DNP programs.
- Contribute to the advancement of scholarly activity and academic excellence.
- Support undergraduate-level nursing courses as needed.
- Utilize online instructional technology to deliver effective instruction and assessment.
- Participate in the College and University Identity and Mission statements and Christian faith commitments, and collaborate with colleagues. What We're Looking For
- Earned D.N.P. or Ph.D. in Nursing.
- Current or eligible state licensure without restrictions.
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience.
- Prior teaching experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to teach undergraduate-level courses.
- Facility with online instructional technology.
- Willingness to embrace the College and University Identity and Mission statements and subscribe to a statement of Christian faith. Nice to Have
- Online teaching experience and/or experience delivering online graduate programs. Compensation & Benefits
