We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Mixologist to support the Head Mixologist in preparing quality beverages, maintaining bar operations, and delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant bar & lounge environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to standard
- Set up, organize, clean, and restock the bar before, during, and after service
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist with drink orders and guest requests
- Support inventory management, stock counts, and waste control
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a bar, lounge, or hospitality environment
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow in mixology
