What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
- Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
- Train and develop the non-management staff.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
- CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Dutch, required
- Maintain a strong customer focus.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Drive to achieve results and exhibit a strong work ethic
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team building and ability to coach others.
- Take initiative and demonstrate confidence.
- Balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting rate: 35100€ annually (recruiting pay range 35100€ - 35100€ annually); may be modified in the future.

Indefinite contract is available after two definite contracts of 90 and 180 days. Dependent upon shift scheduling.
