About the Role The Assistant Manager at Hollister Weberstown Mall combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership. You’ll drive sales, oversee daily store operations, and develop a team while upholding brand culture.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
- Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
- Train and develop the non-management staff.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
- Maintain a strong customer focus.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Drive to achieve results and exhibit a strong work ethic.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting rate: $21.50 per hour (pay range $21.50-$21.50 per hour; may be modified in the future).
