About the Role The Assistant Manager at The Streets of Brentwood (Hollister) is a multi-faceted leadership role blending business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management to drive sales and deliver best-in-class customer service. You will oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing routines, floorset updates, and brand representation, while coaching team members toward future leadership opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting rate: $25.00 per hour (pay range $25.00-$25.00 per hour; may be modified in the future).
