About the Role The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted leadership role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. This position focuses on driving sales through excellent customer service, overseeing daily store operations, and applying creative styling and product knowledge to engage customers. With a promote-from-within philosophy, this role develops talent and grows toward future leadership within the store organization.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
- Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
- Train and develop the non-management staff.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
- Maintain a strong customer focus.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Drive to achieve results and exhibit a strong work ethic.
