About the Role The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that blends business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. In this position, you’ll drive sales by analyzing the business and delivering best-in-class customer service, while overseeing daily store operations (opening/closing, inventory, and process efficiency). You’ll apply your creative eye through floorset updates, styling, and in-depth product knowledge, and you’ll lead recruiting, training, and development to build future store leaders.

- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
- Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
- Train and develop the non-management staff.
