Key Responsibilities

• Own the solution design, costing, and pricing of assigned customer projects.
• Analyse customer requirements and translate them into sustainable logistics and warehouse solutions.
• Develop detailed operating models, resource plans, cost estimates, pricing structures, and profit and loss projections.
• Calculate warehouse sizing requirements based on throughput and product data provided through customer RFQs.
• Design warehouse process flows covering receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Develop productivity targets and activity-based costing models to support solution recommendations.
• Create warehouse simulation models and warehouse layouts using industry-leading software and AutoCAD.

What We Are Looking For:

• Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset, curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Solution Design, Operations, or Operations Excellence within the logistics industry.

• Experience developing warehouse layouts, engineering designs, and simulation models using AutoCAD and related software.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, implementation activities, productivity drivers, and financial impacts.

• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and countries.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
