  • Develop and maintain capacity planning tools, dashboards, and reports.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and market conditions that could impact capacity.
  • Support contract negotiations, long-term agreements (LTAs), and supply assurance initiatives.

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager – Semiconductor Supply Chain will be responsible for ensuring supply continuity, capacity visibility, risk mitigation, and supplier management across semiconductor commodities and the ecosystem. The role will work closely with Procurement, Engineering, suppliers, and global stakeholders to strengthen supply chain resilience, optimize costs, and support strategic sourcing decisions in a rapidly evolving semiconductor market.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor market, including supply chain dynamics, pricing trends, risk analysis, and key suppliers. Strong knowledge of semiconductor technologies, suppliers, foundries, and automotive electronics markets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
